| Payment timing | Credit cardAfter your application is approved, we will email you a URL for registering your card details. Please register within 7 days. Once registration is confirmed, the enrollment fee and annual fee are charged; thereafter payment is taken automatically on each renewal date. | Contract term and automatic renewal | Membership is valid for one year from the enrollment date. Unless you notify us of withdrawal at least one month before the term ends, membership renews automatically for a further year on the same terms (Membership Terms, Article 5). |
| Withdrawal and refunds | You may withdraw by following the prescribed procedure. Enrollment fees and annual fees already paid are not refunded, even if you withdraw during the contract term (Membership Terms, Article 6). Where fees remain unpaid, the obligation to pay is not discharged by withdrawal (same Article, paragraph 2). You may not rejoin for one year from the date of withdrawal. On rejoining, the enrollment fee is charged again (Membership Terms, Article 7). Given the nature of the service, there is no returns scheme. |
| Where we decline an application | LSS admits members by screening only. An application on this website is an entry for screening, and we may decline admission as a result. In that case no fees whatsoever are incurred. |
| Revocation of membership | Where we determine that grounds set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Membership Terms apply (false declaration, breach of the terms, association with organised crime, etc.), membership may be revoked. |
