Eligibility and screening standards are identical; Core Regional is the category for unlisted companies whose head office is registered outside the Tokyo metropolitan area.
The annual fees are JPY 660,000 and JPY 396,000 (both incl. tax; JPY 600,000 and JPY 360,000 excl. tax).
LSS-All HandsはCoreが年4回すべて会費に含まれるのに対し、Core Regionalは参加都度のお支払いとなります。
それ以外の特典（独自マッチング・1on1・経営戦略レポート・全分科会・Stage制度）は同じ内容です。

Both take place once a quarter (four times a year).
Matching reports are delivered to members at Stage 3 and above on a priority two-month cycle.

CSチームが四半期に1回、経営者の方にお時間をいただき、顕在・潜在の課題、保有リソース、いま優先したいテーマを伺います。
内容は経営ヒアリングシートとして秘密保持のもとで管理し、独自マッチングと経営戦略レポートの基礎データになります。
会社単位でのご提供です。

経営ヒアリングシートをもとに、CS事務局が会員企業ごとに、取り組むべきテーマと打ち手を整理したレポートです。
Core・Core Regional・賛助会員に会費内でお届けします。
Friend登録者・Startup Hub会員・Innovation Hub会員は対象外です。

It is a system in which benefits deepen according to how long you have been a member, counted from your enrollment date.
Stage 1（3年未満）／Stage 2（3年以上6年未満）／Stage 3（6年以上9年未満）／Stage 4（9年以上）の4段階で、入会記念日の到達日に自動で進級します。
特典はマッチングレポートの優先配信・会員名簿へのStage表示・有償イベント割引／Night VIP席無料などです。退会後に再加入した場合はStage 1から再スタートとなります。

Core and Core Regional members whose company meets the criteria (listed companies, large enterprises, N-2) may use it free of charge once a year.
Stage 3会員には社内向け詳細分析、Stage 4会員にはこれに加えて投資家向け詳細分析の優待（各年1回）があります。
Hands-on support for strategy formulation and in-house training on ROIC/WACC-based management are paid options.

「紹介歓迎設定」を「希望しない」に設定いただけます。
設定された会員は、原則として紹介候補として他の会員に提示されません（会員規約 第2条の2）。
An introduction or connection is made only when both parties consent; unless you consent, your contact details are never disclosed to the other party.
You will not be treated unfavourably for declining a connection.

独自マッチングはCore会員の特典ですが、Friend登録者もビジネスプロフィールをご登録いただくと（任意・約5分）、Core会員からの引き合い候補になります。

LSS Startup Hubはシード・アーリーフェーズに特化したコミュニティ、LSS Innovation Hubはオープンイノベーションを目的としたコミュニティで、いずれもLSS本体とは別の会員区分・別のSlackワークスペースで運営しています。
分科会（LSS-Chapter）は、Startup Hub会員は公開回・クローズド回の両方に、Innovation Hub会員は公開回にご参加いただけます。

会員が言い出しっぺになって、気軽に集まる場です（運用開始予定）。
勉強会・読書会から、サウナ・ゴルフ・ランニングまで、テーマは自由です。
やりたい会員が1人いればOK。Slackで事務局に一言いただければ、LSS-Circleのチャンネルを作って月次のお知らせで紹介します。
参加は会員（Core・Core Regional・賛助）なら誰でも、出入り自由。費用は実費の割り勘です。
認定パートナーが運営する分科会とは別の、会員同士が好きなことでつながる場です。

大企業・外資系企業（賛助会員）・連携自治体が、解決したい課題を非公開で持ち込みます。
The secretariat anonymises the challenge, pre-selects only those members with the capability to solve it, and arranges one-to-one conversations between decision-makers.
It is designed to start with a small proof of concept and lead to full adoption in the following year's budget.

Speakers are selected by screening.
事業性・成長性を事前に確認した5～8社が、投資家・事業会社の関心テーマに連動して登壇します。
隔月開催・オンライン＋リアルの形式で、ピッチ後の個別商談や投資検討まで事務局が間に入ります。

They are open to core members and supporting members, recruited each time and subject to screening.

無料のFriend登録（審査あり・面談なし）をしていただくと、開催案内が先行して届き、有料イベントにはFriend価格でご参加いただけます。
登録がなくても参加できる回もあります（各回の詳細ページに明記します）。
LSS-All Hands・LSS-Bridgeは会員限定です（Friend登録者はAll Handsにオブザーバーとして1回限り・Friend価格で参加可）。

It is the category for large corporations and investors involved in the growth of startups. There is no membership fee (screening applies).
There are two categories — Corporate Member and Investor Member — while local governments take part through a partnership agreement.
Supporting Membership

Companies and organisations that co-create with startups.
Participants are executive officers or above, or department heads or above in new business, corporate planning, business strategy, investment, M&A, open innovation or acceleration functions.

Corporations and organisations that invest in startups (VC, CVC, banks, securities firms and the like).
Participants are partners, principals and vice presidents at VCs, CVCs, PE firms, investment banks and corporate investment arms.

We work through partnership agreements with local governments that want to solve regional business challenges through public-private collaboration.
The point of contact is a section head or above in the startup support, industrial promotion or business attraction section, or an equivalent section.
We work on finding partner companies to solve regional challenges, sourcing companies to attract to the region, and providing PoC sites with support for real-world implementation.

You can take part in LSS-Bridge (bringing challenges in confidence and being matched one-to-one with members who can solve them), the four LSS-All Hands sessions a year, running a Chapter as a certified partner, and the overseas business missions.

Article 11 of the Membership Terms sets out the confidentiality obligation.
Confidential information about other members learned through LSS-Bridge, events, 1-on-1s, the online community and so on (management issues, business, financial and technical information, and the like) may not be disclosed or leaked to third parties without the prior consent of the disclosing party, nor used for any purpose other than LSS activities.
The same applies to confidential information we receive in 1-on-1s and similar settings.
