LSS does not aim to grow its membership numbers. Participation is limited to those who hold decision-making responsibility for their business.
Full membership
For representatives and executive officers of high-growth companies with ARR of roughly ¥300 million or more.
For large and listed companies, general manager level or above.
Regional Core Member
Same standard as Core, for unlisted companies headquartered outside the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Working with IVAC, our corporate value analysis and improvement service,listed companies, large corporations and N-2 startupsamong our members automatically receive a simplified IR report once a year, free of charge, at fiscal year end.
1. Corporate valuation report
Theoretical share price, ROIC/WACC assessment, and an estimate of the gap against market capitalisation — all on a single page.
2. IR disclosure assessment
An initial assessment from the perspective of management conscious of cost of capital and share price: 12 disclosure items × 10 points, out of 120.
Analysis platform and operations
Statistical analysis of the cost of capital across roughly 3,800 companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
We break this down by value driver to show where your company stands.
Operated on an integrated model combining LSS (practice) and JPR (theory), with ROIC/WACC training available on demand.
Stage 3 members receive detailed internal analysis, and Stage 4 members receive internal plus investor-facing analysis, once a year each.
Execution support for strategy development, and in-house ROIC/WACC training, are paid options.
